FM Dendias Briefs Political Parties Representatives

ATHENS — Foreign Μinister Nikos Dendias will hold meetings with political parties representatives on Thursday to brief them on the recent Joint Declaration of Strategic Partnership between Greece and the United Arab Emirates, as well as the agreement of the two countries on joint foreign policy cooperation and defence.

The meetings will take place in the following order:

-12.00 SYRIZA, George Katrougalos

-12.30 KINAL, Andreas Loverdos

-13.00 KKE, George Marinos

-13.30 Hellenic Solution, Antonis Mylonakis

-14.00 MeRA25, Sofia Sakorafa and Dimitris Liapis

-14.30 New Democracy, Angelos Syrigos

Dendias will speak on the phone with NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg ahead of the meeting of NATO member states' foreign ministers on December 1-2, which will take place via teleconference.

The minister will also participate via teleconference in a ministerial meeting to be held in Barcelona between the EU and the Southern Neighbourhood partners.
