Flushing, Whitestone AHEPA Chapters Join Together to Raise Money for Scholarships

FLUSHING, NY – The Gus Cherevas Estia-Pindus AHEPA Chapter 326 of Flushing and the Andreas T Stamboulidis Parthenon AHEPA Chapter 495 of Whitestone co-hosted a Texas Hold’em Tournament on December 3, at the Elks Lodge in New Hyde Park, NY. Both chapters raised money for their chapters’ scholarship programs. The event was attended by close to 50 people. It was very successful and both chapters look forward to co-hosting another event in the future. Among those present were Aristides Papadakos, District Treasurer Petros Ragoussis, George Kakivelis, and Jimmy Papageorgiou who chaired the event.
