Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
CHIOS – A Coast Guard rescue operation is underway in the sea region between the islands of Chios and Samos involving five sailing boats that had set sail from the opposite Turkish coast carrying roughly 450 people that attempted to illegally enter Greece bound for a Greek island.
