Bright gold and clear in color, delicate bouquet, aroma of citrus. Medium acidity, long and pleasant aftertaste. The vineyard is over 50-years-old, and is farmed without irrigation, resulting in low-yielding vines that produce grapes with rich, concentrated fruit flavors. A bit of skin contact here to increase depth and add to texture.

Ploes is a term from ancient Greek and stands for the ship / watercraft, which is already on the sea (Mediterranean) and is on the way. Exceptional minerality, coupled with ample lemon notes and mouthwatering citrus .

Old variety found throughout Greece, The Tatsis brothers were the first to work biodynamically in Goumenissa. The wines are organic and have low sulfur. Refreshing with notes of cherry, ripe strawberry, and Mediterranean herbs on the nose, and a mineral and herbal palate with lots of red fruit character. Think Cab Franc, Nebbiolo or perhaps Gamay?

Orange color which resembles that of honey, tea or a cognac color. Intense and highly complex aromatic composition with characteristic aromas of apple, butter, and sweet spices like cinnamon and cloves. Rich on the palate, refreshing and well-balanced with main aromas of apple, butter flavor with a mild oxidation, as well as aromas of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla.
