EU Commission VP Schinas Self-Isolating After Positive COVID-19 Test

ATHENS — European Commission Vice President and Commissioner for Promoting Our European Way of Life, Margaritis Schinas, on Tuesday announced that he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus and will be self-isolating, in a post on Twitter.

"I have just learned that my regular scheduled #COVID19 test before the College came back positive. I am now self-isolating as required. Stay safe," the EU Commission vice-president said.
