Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS – Aktor Concessions SA, a subsidiary of Ellaktor, is engaged in advanced talks to purchase equity stakes in Gefyra SA and Gefyra Operating SA – the operator of the Rio-Antirrio bridge – from AVAX. In an announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange, Ellaktor said talks were focused on purchasing equity stakes of 5.69% and 6.35% in the two companies. AVAX, in an announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange said that a board meeting decided to disinvest from certain equity holdings as part of a plan to achieve the maximun exploitation of its property assets. In this framework, AVAX examined investment interest to sell up to 20.53% in Gefyra SA and 21.55% in Gefyra Operating SA.
