Economic Sentiment Up in Cyprus

The Economic Research Center of the University of Cyprus reports that Economic sentiment improved in Cyprus in December according to a survey it carried out.

The Center’s Economic Sentiment Indicator rose in December by 2.1 points compared with November.

“The survey showed that there was improved sentiment among services, retail and manufacturing, as well as among consumers…It said there was a marginal decline in constructions associated with negative assessments regarding the expected employment, but also projects underway,” according to CNA.
