Dr. Kalkanis, 2022 Sawaya Lecturer in Neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine

HOUSTON, TX – Greek-American Dr. Steven Kalkanis, Chief Executive Officer of the Henry Ford Medical Group, on May 4 served as the 2022 Sawaya Lecturer in Neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. The lecture was held in the College’s Onstead Auditorium. The lectureship honors the Department of Neurosurgery’s former chair, Dr. Raymond Sawaya.

“Honored to be among giants in our field Drs. Ray Sawaya and Ganesh Rao in Houston today to serve as the 2022 Sawaya Lecturer in Neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine,” Dr. Kalkanis posted on social media.
