DOP to Host Charity Event in Collaboration with Christian Dior in NYC Oct. 17

NEW YORK – The Daughters of Penelope will be hosting a charity event in collaboration with Christian Dior in New York City October 17, 6:30 PM. The evening will include a cocktail reception and screening of the acclaimed film ‘The Greek Bar Jacket’ by Marianna Economou, an all-encompassing and yet intimately personal exploration of the collaborations, influences, moments and emotions that made the Dior Cruise 2022 collection by Dior Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri so unique. Filmmaker Marianna Economou and President of Dior Couture America Alexandra Winokur will be in attendance. A portion of proceeds will benefit Daughters of Penelope National Project Open Door, a Center of Education and Rehabilitation in Athens, Greece, providing daily services to over 240 children and adults with cerebral palsy.

Registration is required by September 17 and tickets are $125, checks made payable to Daughters of Penelope and sent to the Global Headquarters address, 1909 Q Street, NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20009.
