DIMAR Leader Theocharopoulos Appointed New Tourism Minister

ATHENS – DIMAR leader Thanassis Theocharopoulos was appointed on Saturday new Tourism Minister following the resignation of Elena Kountoura who will run in the next European elections.

Theocharopoulos is 40 years old and comes from Veroia, northern Greece.

He holds a MSc in Agricultural Engineering as well as a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics.
