Diane Kochilas Series of Cooking Classes Mediterranean Cooking for All

August 25, 2020

NEW YORK – Diane Kochilas, celebrity chef, award-winning author, and host, creator and co-producer My Greek Table, has launched her first series of five cooking classes, Mediterranean Cooking for All.

She said via email, “I am really excited to share an all new project with you, the Glorious Greek Kitchen Online. I’ve just started a brand new series of online cooking classes that focus on the healthy delicious foods of the Mediterranean.

“Change the way you see vegetables. Learn to make plant-based mains. Understand the basics of healthy, vibrant Mediterranean cooking. All that and more are part of the first cycle in my new online cooking school.

“My aim is to teach people how to cook and eat well, using accessible, fresh, seasonal ingredients via easy recipes anyone, anywhere can make.

“In these classes, you’ll learn how to cook and understand food intuitively, how to pair ingredients, and understand the basics of Greek and Mediterranean cooking traditions. The classes are designed to offer a lot more than just recipes. They are meant to help you learn to enjoy delicious food that also happens to be good for you!”

Enroll now online and learn the secrets of cooking and eating really good, healthy dishes anyone, anywhere, can make.

A 20% discount off of everything in Kochilas’ online store is also available when you register for a class.

The classes are both pre-taped and live, and in each case, there is always a live chat component available for Q&A’s.

Classes can be booked online: https://go.dianekochilas.com/mediterranean-cooking-for-all-by-diane-kochilas1595447304296.

Each class costs $23.95 or $99.95 for all five if booked together.

As soon as you register for a class, you’ll receive the recipes as well as an ingredient, equipment, and prep list, so that you can follow in real-time and cook along if you like.

Questions can be forwarded to Kochilas before the class starts so that she can address them on the chat.

Q&A sessions will run simultaneously on live chat with each class, so you can ask questions during the course of the class. There is a break between recipes for Q&As. You’ll also be able to post questions on a private FB group page any time after the class is over.

You will get a recording of the class video and comments within 24 hours after the class ends. Each recipe also comes with wine-pairing suggestions.
