NEW YORK – Diane Kochilas, celebrity chef, award-winning author, and host, creator and co-producer My Greek Table, has launched her first series of five cooking classes, Mediterranean Cooking for All.
She said via email, “I am really excited to share an all new project with you, the Glorious Greek Kitchen Online. I’ve just started a brand new series of online cooking classes that focus on the healthy delicious foods of the Mediterranean.
“Change the way you see vegetables. Learn to make plant-based mains. Understand the basics of healthy, vibrant Mediterranean cooking. All that and more are part of the first cycle in my new online cooking school.
“My aim is to teach people how to cook and eat well, using accessible, fresh, seasonal ingredients via easy recipes anyone, anywhere can make.
“In these classes, you’ll learn how to cook and understand food intuitively, how to pair ingredients, and understand the basics of Greek and Mediterranean cooking traditions. The classes are designed to offer a lot more than just recipes. They are meant to help you learn to enjoy delicious food that also happens to be good for you!”
Enroll now online and learn the secrets of cooking and eating really good, healthy dishes anyone, anywhere, can make.
