Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
LISBON — Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Dendias received a warm welcome by his Portuguese counterpart Augusto Santos Silva in Lisbon, the ministry said in social media on Wednesday.
On Twitter, the Greek ministry wrote in English: "Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias warmly welcomed by Portugal Foreign Minister Augusto Santos Silva on his first visit to Lisbon, marking excellent level of Greece-Portugal relations and cooperation, underscored by recent visit of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis."
In another tweet it mentioned that discussions included "bilateral and EU issues, support to Portugal's EU Council Presidency and current regional developments."
Prior to his arrival in Portugal, Dendias met with his Italian counterpart Luigi Di Maio in Rome.
