Dendias Briefs KINAL’s Loverdos on Latest Developments

ATHENS — Foreign MInister Nikos Dendias briefed the head of the foreign affairs sector at the opposition party Movement for Change (KINAL), Andreas Loverdos, on all the issues of foreign policy, during their meeting on Thursday at the ministry in Athens.

"We met today at the foreign minister's initiative," Loverdos said, adding that Dendias had briefed him on Greece's relations with Russia and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's visit to Greece, as well as his statements regarding Greece's right to extend its territorial waters to 12 nautical miles in the Aegean. "He also informed me about the legal and political prerequisites for drafting and signing an agreement between Greece and Albania on referring their issues over maritime zones to The Hague," Loverdos said.
