Demand for Greece as Tourist Destination Still High

ATHENS – The demand for Greece as tourist destination remains high for the current season at the international markets, something that is certified by the programmed air seats for the next two weeks at all Greek airports.

The vice president of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels Christina Tetradi speaking to Athens Macedonian News Agency expressed her optimism over the development of this tourism season as “the arrivals are going very well” however, expressing her concern over the re-appearance of the pandemic, the problems at international airports and the ongoing war in Ukraine may bring ‘turbulences’ that may affect the good course of the arrivals.
