ATHENS — The National Defense Ministries of Greece and Turkey agreed to a fourth cycle of talks on Confidence-Building Measures, it was announced on Monday.

The foreign ministers of the EU member-states are also scheduled to exchange views on the situation in Ethiopia and Ukraine and to have an informal discussion with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
