Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
ATHENS – The dead body of a baby was found by man searching through a rubbish bin on Pindos Street in the Athens neighbourhood of Petroupolis on Monday. The man came across the dead baby wrapped in a plastic bag and, in a state of shock, immediately informed the police.
Detectives from the Hellenic Police Crimes Against Life department were heading to the scene, accompanied by a coroner.
