Greek Migration and Asylum Minister to Visit Cyprus on Friday

ATHENS -- Migration and Asylum Minister Notis Mitarachi is to visit Cyprus on Friday. According to the visit's itinerary, Mitarachi will lay a wreath at the Imprisoned Graves and will then be received by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, in the presence of Interior Minister Nikos Nouris and the Vice President of the Democratic Rally (DISY) party Harris Georgiades. He will then visit the offices of the DISY party, where he will have a meeting with Georgiadis, followed by statements to the press.

At noon the same day, Mitarachi will meet with Interior Minister Nikos Nouris to discuss the management of migration flows in the Eastern Mediterranean, followed by a meeting with the Archbishop of Cyprus, Chrysostomos II.

Finally, in the afternoon, he will be the keynote speaker at the DISY event.
