Cyprus President Anastasiades Visits Athens

ATHENS – The President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Anastasiades is visiting Athens on Friday.

Anastasiades will have a meeting with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis at noon.

According to a written statement by the Cyprus government spokesman Marios Pelekanos, during the meeting between Anastasiades and Mitsotakis, which will take place at 12.00 at the Maximos Mansion, on the sidelines of the 14th National Congress of New Democracy, the developments in the Cyprus issue, the situation in Ukraine and other issues of common interest will be discussed.

On Saturday, May 7, Anastasiades will attend, at the invitation of the Greek Prime Minister, the New Democracy Congress, and will address a greeting.
