ATHENS -- Plants take their revenge on bullies. Girls learn how to skate in the midst of war in Afghanistan. A soccer team travels from a shantytown in South Africa to the World Youth Cup in Sweden.
There’s something for everyone in the more than 30 short and feature-length films that will be shown at the Athens International Children’s Film Festival.
The festival is supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) and the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and is organized in collaboration with the nonprofit Kallisti.
