November 2, 2022

ATHENS – Τhe consumers that choose products in the ‘household basket’ announced by supermarkets will surely benefit substantially as regards their weekly consumption, Development and Investment Minister Adonis Georgiadis noted on Wednesday, while adding that this was, in any case, the target of the measure. The minister had paid a visit to nine supermarket chains in the Attica region to inspect the implementation of the “household basket” measure on its first day.

“We saw that the supermarket chains have offered substantially lower prices in crucial products, we generally found very good offers,”, Georgiadis said.
