SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Safety is a top priority in the days of the coronavirus pandemic and masks are a simple way to reduce the spread of COVID-19. While many types of masks are available, many are opting to show their colors with stylish designs. Greek-American artist Constantinos Vorrises, based in California with roots in Zakynthos, has designed a Greek colors mask available for purchase online through the Greek to me store which launched earlier this year on teespring.com. He spoke with The National Herald about the inspiration for the mask.

Vorrises said, “This was from one of my bigger acrylic paintings I created. Had Greece, Greek colors, blues, and simplicity in mind. I got plenty of interest in this piece and that inspired me to make a mask. The color blue stands out and has always been my favorite color.”

The mask is available online under accessories:

According to the description on teespring, the mask “offers full nose and mouth coverage. Single-sided print. Includes two 6-inch elastic ear loops. Non-medical grade product. $1 from every mask sale donated to nonprofit to feed children in need.”
