Archdiocese of America Announces the Feast Day of Saint Elpidophoros

NEW YORK – The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America will celebrate on Monday, November 2, the 29thAnniversary of the enthronement of our Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and the memory of Saint Elpidophoros, patron saint of His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America. The faithful of the Archdiocese are invited to the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at 10:00 am at the Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity. All current COVID-19 protocols will be followed and the service will be live broadcasted through the social media channels of the Archdiocese. 

In addition, His Eminence kindly asks that no gifts be sent, but that any offerings be forwarded to the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America and be directed specifically to the Clergy Pension Fund.
