Church of Greece to Present Commemorative Medal for Greek Revolution Bicentennial

ATHENS — Details of the formal presentation of the Church of Greece's commemorative medal for the bicentennial of the 1821 Greek War of Independence were announced on Monday by the Holy Synod.

It will take place at 13:30 on Wednesday, in the Church of Greece's Hierarchy Hall, at the Synodical building in Athens, in the presence of Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Ieronymos II.
