Children and Teenagers at Moria to Receive MMR and PCV Vaccines

MORIA, Lesvos – Children and teens at the Moria hotspot on Lesvos will be vaccinated against measles, rubella and mumps (MMR) and also with the Pneumococcal vaccine (PCV) from Tuesday to Saturday, December 10-14.

The National Organisation for Public Health, in cooperation with the Doctors of the World, will administer the vaccinations and, once the mass vaccination programme is completed, almost all the children and teenagers living in Moria will have been vaccinated.
