Changes in Aegean and Olympic Air Flights Due to Work Stoppage

ATHENS — Aegean and Olympic Air are cancelling and modifying flights, due to the participation of the Air Traffic Controllers in Thursday's 24-hour general strike, announced by ADEDY.

More specifically, from Thursday at 08:00 until Friday at 08:00 local time, AEGEAN and Olympic Air are forced to cancel all flights of their network, with the exception of flights A3 929 (Tel Aviv – Athens) and A3 931 (Cairo – Athens), which will take place normally.

Also, on Friday, all AEGEAN and Olympic Air flights to and from all Greek airports are cancelled until 08:00 local time and there are changes in the departure time of 15 flights, as indicated in the table below.

All Aegean and Olympic Air flights to and from all Greek airports are cancelled, with the exception of flights A3 929 (Tel Aviv – Athens) and A3 931 (Cairo – Athens) which will operate normally.

Friday 16 October

Only the following Aegean international flights are canceled:

A3 – 929, Tel Aviv-Athens

A3 – 931, Cairo-Athens

On Friday, October 16, Aegean and Olympic Air flights to and from all Greek airports are cancelled only until 08:00 local time.

The departure time for the following Aegean international flights is changed on October 16:

A3 – 510, Thessaloniki-Stuttgart: Instead 07: 10-08: 35, new time: 08: 00-09: 25

A3 – 511, Stuttgart-Thessaloniki: Instead 09: 25-12: 40, new time: 10: 15-13: 30

OA – 901, Larnaca-Athens: Anti 05: 45-07: 30, new time 07: 35-09: 20

A3 – 476, Rhodes-Munich: Instead 07: 50-09: 50, new time: 08: 00-10: 00

A3 – 477, Munich-Rhodes: Instead 10: 35-14: 20, new time: 10: 45-14: 30.

Departure time for the following Olympic Air domestic flights is October 16:

OA – 330, Athens-Chania: Anti 04: 30-05: 20, new time: 08: 00-08: 50

OA – 331, Chania-Athens: Anti 06: 20-07: 10, new time: 11: 15-13: 30

OA – 101, Thessaloniki-Athens: Anti 06: 10-07: 00, new time: 08: 00-08: 50

OA – 200, Rhodes-Athens: Anti 05: 10-06: 10, new time: 08: 00-09: 00

OA – 201, Athens-Rhodes: Anti 06: 35-07: 35, new time: 09: 25-10: 25

OA-332, Athens-Chania: Anti 07: 55-08: 45, new time: 08: 00-08: 50

OA – 333, Chania- Athens: Anti 09: 20-10: 10, new time: 09: 25-10: 15
