Canada PM Commemorates Ecumenical Patriarch’s Enthronement Anniversary

TORONTO – The Prime Minister of Canada, the Rt. Hon. Justin Trudeau, sent a heartfelt letter to commemorate and celebrate the thirty-year enthronement anniversary of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.

The Archdiocese of Canada said in a statement that, “we sincerely thank Prime Minister Trudeau for his thoughtful wishes on this historical occasion. The Archdiocese and the Ecumenical Patriarchate Archons of Canada, together with all Orthodox Christians and people of goodwill across Canada, congratulate His All-Holiness and pray that our Lord will grant him many years of good health, rightly teaching the word of His Truth!”
