Body of Man, Probably Asylum Seeker, Found Near Moria Village

LESBOS, Greece – The body of a man was found earlier on Wednesday near the village of Moria on the Aegean island of Lesbos, close to where the country’s largest hotspot for migrants and refugees is located.

According to initial information the victim was hit with a sharp object.
The victim was probably an asylum-seeker.

Strong police forces are now at the crime scene and the area has been cordoned off.
