On the COVID-19 Pandemic

To the Editor:

The COVID-19 pandemic has killed many in the Greek-American community. I followed the wearing of the mask protocol when entering inside a 7/11, supermarket, bank, and a retail establishment.

For those who are aware, the terrible 1918 pandemic, the Spanish flu killed 292,000 in the U.S. and 50 million worldwide.

I commend Greek-Americans who are medical researchers for a COVID-19 vaccine. Those who are politicizing this deadly disease, who expressed their opinions in the paper, are suffering from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) for which there is no cure!
