After secretly marrying in St. Moritz, Switzerland in December, 2020, Prince Philippos of Greece – a hedge fund analyst – and wife Nina Nastassja Flohr have followed it up with another, this time a formal ceremony.

In a feature, the British newspaper The Daily Mail reported that while the first union featured only their fathers, King Constantine, 80 and Thomas Flohr, 60, because of COVID-19 restrictions, that this time guests were allowed.

The affair was hosted by Vogue magazine writer Alice Naylor-Leyland and her husband Tom at their home of Stibbington House in Cambridge, with the pair decorating their home with white balloons and blue flowers for the occasion, the colors of the Greek flag.

Philippos is the youngest son of King Constantine (the godfather of Prince William) and Queen Anne-Marie, who have retained still use their royal titles despite the abolition of the Greek monarchy in 1973, the paper noted.

A photo showed Phillipos and Nina cutting into a three-tiered blue wedding cake, with the bride posting: “Our wedding cake! We didn't actually have one at our civil ceremony so this was very special.”
