NEW YORK – On Saturday, August 22, 11 AM-1 PM, Philo4Thought presents a special Young Professional Empowerment panel-style seminar featuring talks from a combination of seasoned counselors, educational and branding specialists who will provide guidance for students, new graduates, young professionals and related service providers.

The online event via Zoom, titled Making Space for the Body, Mind & Soul, is free and all are welcome but registration on Eventbrite is required by August 20.

More information is available online: https://www.philo4thought.org/p4t-empowertoday-august.

The itinerary includes welcoming remarks by the event co-moderators Alexandra Liotopoulos and Andi Rustani and discussions offering insights into the issues of most concern with the return to school/work.

The new definitions of safety and space, staying safe while transitioning back to the office or not transitioning and the uncertainty of relocating from professional space for much longer than anticipated are among the topics to be discussed as well as alleviating common stress factors (e.g., excessive screen time, distractions, etc.) that result from the new norm and creating a new, more permanent workspace at home with an aesthetic that is functional and will last.

An open Q&A session will also be held and attendees may post additional questions in the chat thread for the scheduled speakers to address.

Chris Salboudis, Professor of Philosophy & Literature; Life Coach; Educational Administrator; Founding Director, Philo4Thought (NY) will discuss Creating a Positive, Confident Mindset, while Cathy Hobbs, Founder of Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes (NYC), and Brian Corcodilos, CEO of DesignBlendz (PA), will discuss Designing a Space that Inspires & Empowers.

Online registration is required and RSVP by August 20 to receive an email through Eventbrite with the Zoom Link and Κωδικός πρόσβασης.
