Archbishop Elpidophoros Visits Monastery of St. Anthony in Florence, Arizona

FLORENCE, Ariz. – On Friday, February 18, 2022 His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, together with His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco, His Grace Bishop Ioannis of Phocaea, and His Grace Bishop Athenagoras of Nazianzos visited the sacred Monastery of St. Anthony in Florence, AZ.

They were warmly greeted by the Abbot, the V. Rev. Archimandrite Paisios, and the entire brotherhood of the monastery. The Archbishop offered memorial prayers at the grave of the founder and elder of the monastery, Elder Ephraim.
