Archbishop Anastasios Moved to ICU, Condition Stable

ATHENS — The health condition of Archbishop Anastasios of Tirana, Durres and all Albania, who is hospitalised with Covid-19, is currently stable and under control, Evangelismos State Hospital reported on Thursday.

The Archbishop presents mild symptoms of the respiratory system and a low fever, said the doctors' report.

Archbishop Anastasios, aged 91, was admitted to the hospital's intensive care unit on Wednesday after his emergency transfer from Tirana to Athens onboard a military aircraft.
