Applications for Low-interest Housing Loans to Young People Start

ATHENS – Applications for the granting of low-interest housing loans to young people start to be accepted on Monday, April 3.

Speaking to the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA), the governor of the Public Employment Service (DYPA), Spyros Protopsaltis, stated that the start of applications for the new first home programme for young people from Monday, April 3, 2023, marks the restart of the housing policy in our country, “after more than 10 years of a complete lack of new action in this critical area.”

The programme concerns young people or young couples aged between 25 and 39 years old, who meet the conditions for participation in the programme.

According to the announcement, 5,000 loans will be granted to an estimated 10,000 beneficiaries, given that they will be couples or families.
