Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
NAPLES, FL – On February 21, seven members of the District 2 AHEPA lodge traveled to Naples, FL to reactivate AHEPA Chapter 533, while at the same time, installing new chapter officers, reinstating old members, and initiating new members.
According to AHEPA District 2 Past District Governor Gus Pantelides, “It was a wonderful day, with church services officiated by presiding priest of the St. Katherine community, Fr. Demetre Mott in the morning, followed by the reactivation of Chapter 533. The members are very enthused and excited to move forward and they see the chapter growing exponentially under the leadership of their newly elected officers.”
“District 2 is also very excited to have the Naples chapter up and running again, as we know they will be not only be an asset to St. Katherine and their community, but most importantly, to the Order of AHEPA and its affiliates,” Pantelides concluded.
