6th Koufonisia Classical Music Festival 2021

ATHENS — Greek and foreign distinguished artists will participate in the Sixth Koufonisia Classical Music Festival 2021, presenting five separate concerts, from July 14 to July 31.

Five nights of quality music for all those, both young and old, who love and want to explore music: opera recital with the famous Russian diva Olga Peretyatko, accompanied by Matthias Samuil on piano, a piano recital by the famous Japanese-German soloist Alice Sara Ott, violin-piano duet with two great Russian performers, Sergei Krylov (violin) and Evelyne Berezovsky (piano), a clarinet-piano recital with the renowned Greek performers Spyros Mourikis (clarinet) and Natalia Michailidou (first piano).

For the first time in the festival's history, a night of Greek melodic poetry: A journey from antiquity to the present day through the compositions of George Kouroupos, performed by baritone Tassis Christogiannopoulos, pianist Giannis Tsanakaliotis, recited by Ioulita Iliopoulou.
