Greek-American James A. Koshivos, 21, Killed after Car Plunged into Ocean
FALMOUTH, MA – The police in Falmouth have identified the victim in an accident involving a car plunging into the ocean on February 20, NBC10 Boston reported.
NEW YORK – The Federation of Cypriot-American Organizations (FCAO) in collaboration with the International Coordinating Committee Justice for Cyprus (PSEKA) and the Consulate General of the Republic of Cyprus in New York present songs and poetry Commemorating the 68th Anniversary of the EOKA Liberation Struggle 1955-1959 from British Colonial Rule ‘Ton Athanaton’ on Saturday, April 1, 5 PM, at Sarantakos Hall at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 196-10 Northern Boulevard in Flushing. Performed by the soloists Demetris Michael and Ariadne Anna with Music and Artistic Director Phyto Stratis of the Pancyprian Association of America and the special participation of the William Spyropoulos School Choir, directed by Areti Giovanou, the event urges everyone to ‘Never forget’.
