Greek Satellite Launched by NASA

WALLOPS ISLAND, VA –  A satellite made by a group of Greek scientists, led by Periklis Papadopoulos, was launched by NASA on July 13 from its Wallops, VA facility, AMNA reported.

The satellite is expected to arrive to the International Space Station on July 16 NASA said, AMNA reported.

The team that designed it is called the Lamda Group, its slogan: Greek Minds at Work.
