This is hands down one of the best values of the 2013 rosés, in my humble opinion.
My humble opinion being that one should drink as much rosé as possible during the spring and summer months.
Produced from Cabernet Franc, this French rosé offers up rich strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate flavors, with a juicy, soft texture that isn’t lacking in complexity.
Refreshing and easy to drink, this would pair well with cured meats – such as Greek loukaniko, pastrouma, and kokoresti.
But if your palate isn’t quite up for such exotic dishes, it’s ideal with cheese, fruit, or by itself!
