Scallion Butter and Goat Cheese Crostini
This creamy combination of goat cheese and butter makes for easy spreading. Completely yummy!
4 tablespoons butter, softened
4 scallions, finely chopped
sea salt and black pepper
16 slices baguette, thinly sliced and lightly toasted
3 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Combine the butter, scallions, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a small bowl.
Spread the butter on the baguette, dividing evenly. Top with the goat cheese, lemon zest, and additional black pepper.
