Potted Cheese Dip
This super easy dip combines creamy cheeses with all the right flavors that will have your guests asking for the recipe!
8 ounces raw milk Cheddar cheese
4 ounces Gruyère, grated
½ cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Sea salt and black pepper
Crackers or pretzels for dipping and spreading
Process the Cheddar, Gruyère, butter, Dijon mustard, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper in a food processer until combined, scraping down the sides as needed, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the parsley and pulse to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the additional parsley. Serve with the crackers or pretzels.
