Thanksgiving Leftovers…Now Trending…Turkey Macaroni and Cheese

Very few dishes say comfort like macaroni and cheese. Dress it up with some leftover Thanksgiving turkey for a really yummy dish!

Serves 6

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked turkey, cubed

1 ½  cups uncooked elbow macaroni

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

10 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

8 ounces mushrooms, chopped

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, macaroni, 1-1/2 cups cheese, soup, milk, mushrooms and pepper. Pour into a greased baking dish.

Cover and bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
