Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
To the Editor:
We celebrated March 25th this year without parades and other events, but that does not mean that we did not think about and should not commemorate the struggle that the heroes of the Greek Revolution went through for the liberation of Greece from the Turks. Each of us has a duty to reflect on the sacrifices of our ancestors who did not hesitate to risk their lives for freedom. Let us not forget not matter how many years pass.
