All Prophets Who Came after Jesus are False

To the Editor:

Re: “From My Bookshelf,” (Nov. 2), a review of Founders of Faith, by Harold Rosen.

Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ said, “Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.” He also said, “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” (Mt. 24: 4-5. 24)

There are no prophets after Christ: Muhammad, Bahaiullah, Ellen White, Joseph Smith are all false prophets. Christ has fulfilled all prophecies. “God, who in many times and in many ways, spoke in times past unto the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all, through whom He also made the eons.” (Heb. 1:1.2)

Christ, the incarnate Word and Wisdom of God, is the only way to God: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6) If He were just one of the ways He would be a liar. But not only does He speak the truth; He is the truth. Others promise life, but only He is the life.

If “all people will find their way to God,” Bahaiullah makes himself unnecessary and irrelevant. If in the end “all souls, even the ones that committed evil acts, will be reunited with God” then “eat, drink and be merry.” Also, cheat and step over those who stand in your way, because it doesn’t matter. You’ll get there regardless. Bahaiullah thus proves to be a false prophet who steers his followers away from the true God revealed to us by Jesus Christ.

Also, life is not a “constant struggle between good and evil,” as he claims. Christ has conquered evil with His voluntary death and resurrection from the dead, and grants life eternal to everyone united with Him.

For those thirsting to learn go to the inexhaustible life-giving fountain of wisdom. It is a wonderful place to end your journey and find rest and peace.

“Stories of virgin births” outside the only true one, that of Jesus Christ, do not shake His true followers. They only reveal those of weak faith who give credence to myths.
