Meropi Kyriacou Honored as TNH Educator of the Year
NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA – On November 17, the Ladies Philoptochos Society of St. Luke Chapter 1082 held their biannual Fashion Show fundraiser, Pasarela 2019, at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, PA.
Philoptochos President Angelique Messari Demetris welcomed Fr. Christ Kontos, Presvytera Michele, and everyone in attendance and thanked them for their support. She also thanked the chair, Toula Nikolos and her committee for putting together a memorable event. The models, who were all St. Luke parishioners, wore fashions from VanCleve, Sagets Formal Wear, and Exclusive by Marilena.
Everyone enjoyed an afternoon of fun, fashion, and fellowship.
St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church is located in Broomall, PA and serves about 700 families in the suburban Philadelphia area.
