Artwork by Marianthi Raptis and Matina Botoulas on Display at Holy Cross Whitestone

April 22, 2019

WHITESTONE – An exhibition featuring artwork by Marianthi Raptis and Matina Botoulas was held in the Vasilios and Athanasia Kartsonis hall at Holy Cross Whitestone on April 21, immediately following the Divine Liturgy on Palm Sunday while the traditional meal of bacaliaro and skordalia was served at the annual luncheon.

Among the charming works on display were portraits, landscapes, still lives, and a few paintings clearly drawing inspiration from the great masters of the past, including Vermeer and Monet.
