22nd Capital Link Invest in Greece Forum with Keynote Speaker Mitsotakis

NEW YORK – The 22 nd Annual, Capital Link Invest in Greece Forum: Greece – Looking Ahead with Confidence offers two days, 32 sessions, and 108 top level speakers discussing a comprehensive, authoritative and insightful blueprint on business and Investment opportunities in Greece.

Speakers from the U.S. and Greek Governments, Private Sector CEOs, and International Bankers and Investors will be participating in the Virtual Forum available to a global audience on Tuesday, Dec. 15 and Wednesday, Dec. 16, 8:30 AM-3:40 PM EST.

This is an International Summit about Greece in New York organized in cooperation with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and major global investment banks.

This year, the Forum will focus on two main themes: The specific government and private sector initiatives to steer Greece through the COVID-19 economy, position it for a return to a sustainable growth economy, and attract foreign investment, and a blueprint of the trends, developments, business and investment opportunities in each of the main sectors of the economy.

The coronavirus crisis and the short-term market dislocation have created unique investment entry opportunities for international investors and several significant investments have already taken place or are in the pipeline. Furthermore, the Greek Economic outlook was recently upgraded by international rating agencies.

Over a two-day period and 32 sessions, the Forum will showcase to a global audience the developments and reforms in the Greek economy and the investment opportunities that lie ahead. Led by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the keynote speaker for the event, several key Greek Government Ministers will outline their specific programs and policies in the sectors of their portfolios. A top-level group of CEOs and other executives will discuss trends, developments and opportunities for each of the main areas of the economy. Finally, a group of international investors will share their insight as to why they choose Greece as a Business and Investment Destination and what lies ahead.

In parallel to the main sessions, there will also be a series of one-on-one meetings between investors, the management of the participating companies and government officials.

Greek American Issuer Day at the New York Stock Exchange

On Tuesday, Dec. 15, a special celebration titled Greek American Issuer Day at NYSE will be held, in digital form, during which Greek and Greek-American companies listed on the NYSE will ring the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange.

In parallel to the main sessions, there will also be a series of one-on-one meetings between investors, the management of the participating companies and government officials.

The Invest in Greece Forum is the longest running investment forum about Greece abroad, engaged in a systematic effort to promote Greece to the international investment and business community.
