Pappous Greek Kitchen is up and operating in Yorktown Heights, NY, run by Rui Cunha, who has been a restaurateur in Westchester for about 15 years and now is offering authentic dishes, fresh salads and what he calls Pappous style sandwiches

“I started with a limited menu so that I could see how the local people responded to it…Based on all the information I have gathered, I will be expanding the menu with more traditional specialties as well as a nice selection of fresh seafood and expanded gluten-free options,” Cunha said, adding that the place is “warm and rustic.”
