  1. If US citizens pass any “fakeliakia” or any other form of bribes, that’s likely to be a violation of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and prosecutable here in the US as a felony. Most of you don’t understand this. It is a felony to give any foreign government official anything, and sometimes even dinner.
