NEW YORK – Meropi Kyriacou, the new Principal of The Cathedral School in Manhattan, was honored as The National Herald’s Educator of the Year.
NICOSIA (AP) — France’s foreign minister says his country is looking to bolster defense cooperation with Cyprus that could help augment Europe’s presence in the east Mediterranean.
