Justice Thomas Appropriately Scolds the Lower Courts

The left loves to excoriate United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, in their typical condescending manner implicitly or explicitly deeming him an intellectual dwarf, even though if anyone on the right made even the slightest negative comment about an African-American, these “enlightened” progressives would brand him or her a “racist.”

But Justice Thomas is anything but an intellectual dwarf.
